Keston White-Marin is the Founder and Manager of Yanis Development Group, LLC, premier real estate development consultancy firm. Mr. White- Marin was born in 1983 and obtained a B.S. in Finance at Florida Atlantic University.  For fifteen years, the U.S. and Global investing have been his constant passion, with a particular emphasis on developing and refining strategies and tactics for identifying and funding development projects in various markets. In partnership with a consortium of real estate developers, contractors, vendors, lenders and high net worth investors, Mr. White-Marin has intuitively developed customized solutions for the development projects, ranging from single family homes to high-rise buildings, spanning four continents.
